Growing up in Israel, I've been drawing and painting for as long as I can remember.

I discovered my particular love of illustration whilst attending the High School for the Arts and it became apparent that my career would be in that direction. I studied Visual Communication at the famous Bezalel Academy of Arts and Design in Jerusalem.

Having obtained my degree, and whilst working as a TV game designer, I applied for a scholarship to study in Japan.  I was lucky enough to be granted a two-year scholarship for research in the Japanese traditional techniques of illustration, and during this time I was introduced to the wonderful world of children's book illustration.

Returning to Israel after two years I worked as a graphic designer at an e-commerce company and did freelance illustrations.  The freelance work took off and enabled me to give up my e-commerce work.  Many recognized authors and publishers in Israel are attracted to my unique style and have hired me as an illustrator on many projects.

To date, I have illustrated more than 50 children’s books!

I’m currently studying for my Master's Degree in Art and Education at the Seminar Hakibbutzim College of Education.

I was recently chosen to be the Israeli Illustrator coordinator of the International Society of Children's Book Writers and Illustrators (SCBWI).

home is Israel where I live with my husband, three very energetic boys, and one little dog.
